Has anyone considered a law suit? This is absolutely ridiculous!
Take a look at the “terms of service” agreement of any random hosting company.
See how they are worded. Every single one I have seen leaves “hate speech” as essentially a discretionary term. Usually they even go as far as to say that they can terminate your site for any reason whatsoever.
So, a “law suit” would simply be both a waste of time and money.
The only sure way to avoid this fiasco is to host the site(s) yourself on your own server(s).
This entails quite a bit of tech knowledge and an outlay of cash.
As far as “law suits” are concerned…often times the “enemy” will contact a service provider through their lawyer who will send a threatening letter. This can be sufficient to get a site removed because the service provider knows that defending a “law suit” costs money. What I’m saying is – the jewish enemy knows that the mere threat of bleeding a business financially – even in a “law suit” that the provider would eventually win….is a viable strategy.
Let’s say you’re dealing with the ADL. Let’s say the ADL is responsible for hounding ZCF and Delaney. Do you really think the ADL can’t afford a “law suit”? Of course they can. Hell, they can even get some of their jewish lawyer buddies to do it for free. Meanwhile the targeted service provider would need to hire a lawyer at upwards of several hundred dollars per hour in fees.
Knowing all of this might help in the formulation of a strategy.

Can you sue 1&1 Internet, Inc. for “bad faith” in agreeing to the contract in the first place? You didn’t do anything different from what you’ve done in the past and i&i Internet accepted you as a client. If you already infringed on the general terms and conditions by simply signing the contract, then they made a bad faith contract with you. Or Mike Delaney did. I understand somebody (Jews) can complain, but the basis of the complaint is about the breaking of the general terms and conditions — at some point after the contract was signed. I don’t think you did that. If the content of your site already broke the general terms and conditions before you signed it, the company had no legal basis for contracting with you and taking your money.

I think that “Editorial Control” will be interpreted to mean: “Control of or pertaining to the literary and artistic activities or contents of”…the website.

ZCF and/or Delaney can certainly contact a Pennsylvania lawyer and ask about the termination issue and what going to Binding Arbitration entails.
They might even be able to get some advice from a Pennsylvania lawyer on this issue without having to pay for consultation. Usually, a lawyer won’t charge for the first conversation they have with you.
Unfortunately, I don’t think this is something ZCF/Delaney can win. And even in the very unlikely event that they did “win” – that would be after ZCF/Delaney get to pay for legal services. And what would the “win” entail? Maybe they could keep paying 1 & 1 to host their website. Would they be awarded any kind of “damages”? No. Not likely. What “damages” could they cite? Lawyer fees?

Firstly thankyou for your information on web hosting. I knew much of what you said as I used to be a web designer.
Secondly as regards to fascism, I’m against any power or control over an individual by a state. I’m against government purely for the reason that it abuses power for it was created in order to control. I’m against any state for the state is the system and it was created by the elites to create the control matrix we currently live.
I used to be of libertarian beliefs but have now surpassed that into anarchism, that is a society with no state and contract law. The 10 commandments are a good foundation for common sense survival.
In a nutshell, having the freedom to build your house, in the country, raise your family and livestock without taxation or state authoritarianism over you. Personal responsibility for oneself and their actions over another is what is needed.
As regards to immigration, yes, common sense dictates it’s cultural and indigenous suicide, yet the psyche of the younger generations has been so much altered by globalism, the concept of national identity, now means taking it from your place of birth or long term residence. It’s a fallacy to say the least. The mindset of youth has been altered and tipping point has come and gone. Can the NWO be stopped? Yes, he is. There’s no denying this. It’s not a case of ‘mudifying’ the USA through more migration, as America since the slave trade has been a mudifyed land. I won’t argue with you on that; people have had their humanity stolen from them by being herded into giant cities and working 8 hour shifts their whole lives. How do you propose they be “retrained” though? You can’t release them into the countryside and expect them to drop everything they were taught since birth. They’ll just try to re-create that environment. The only way to “retrain” them is to teach the next generation, and there needs to be organization to do that.
Splitting people into different tribes without a form of centralized Government leads to division and eventual problems. It doesn’t lead to advancement.
The Native Americans were splintered into different tribes. They “respected” eachother, and if they weren’t scalping eachother over territory, they lived in relative peace. However they ended up being conquered, not because they couldn’t fight but because everyone had their own idea on what to do with the Colonialists.
People should be encouraged to live in the country, to build their own towns and live their lives. However there should be a leader and Government (that identifies with the people) to unite them and give them a common goal to strive for. This is the only way a civilization can progress. As I said, the State doesn’t mean oppression.

I disagree that the current manifestation of the jewish problem is “irreversible”. It is reversible and it is destroyable. The jews know this also which is why they allocate so many resources toward mass indoctrination, brainwashing and subversion. Those efforts have not been entirely successful.
In your country it is illegal to speak out on many subjects because your government has brutally muzzled you. Here in the US, you will noted that there are pretty clear separations between White people and the various mud invaders. You mentioned earlier that White people whole heartedly embraced the institution of slavery. That is simply not true. Most White people did not own slaves.
